After going to few places to get offers on an engagement/ wedding ring set, I found this place after getting my worst offer of the day at a store just down the road. Hans was great to deal with. He was friendly, courteous, honest and efficient. He made me the best offer that day. The whole exchange took 10 minutes and I left feeling that good about the whole process.

Jill Zimmerman I have shopped and used this Jeweler over the years . I have lived in the area since the 1970s. This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and to the large and great selection of high end jewelry pieces. Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend

Alexander Juda I absolutely loved my ring— Vania and David were so kind and generous and insistent on me getting the most incredible ring possible. She sat me down and showed me every single gem and material to make the ring with— she even measured every finger of mine that didn’t have a ring on it just in case I changed my mind. She was very patient and excited to help me create my own custom ring! It was a phenomenal experience- I recommend Vania and David to every single ring-wearer. I would, definitely, do this again.

luis diaz The best jeweler on Long Island, family owned and the nicest people in the world. I called around multiple places to have a diamond installed into a setting for my engagement proposal. Due to being sent for a leadership course with the military, I had to speed up my time line and only had a few days to get this done. (I needed to purchase the setting as well) I explained the situation and they were able to help. Tuesday They ordered the setting I needed and installed the diamond when it arrived all Within 48 hours. Friday I was blessed because she said yes.!!!!!!!’ I ordered the wrong size ring (my fault) same day I brought my new fiancé to get an adjuster so it wouldn’t fall off and they did even better for me. 45 min later they resized the ring and my fiancé couldn’t be happier.

christine cortez The flat iron showroom is absolutely stunning. You feel like instant royalty when you walk in aesthetically it looks beautiful and super clean. Hailee was absolutely wonderful and super patient while we tried on multiple rings and answered all of our questions. She made the experience truly amazing with her insight and suggestions. We left extremely happy with our choices and cant wait to wear our forever wedding bands, the quality of brilliant earth is truly one of a kind.
