She answered all of our questions and made the entire process so easy for us. There are so many wedding band options, but Kim understood my vision and I ended up getting the first wedding band that she showed us. Kim is wonderful! We are so thankful to have found this place and will continue to get our jewelry here.

Tracy Rhoads Brought my old wedding ring in to be reshaped after it got bent, and to fix the little arms that hold the diamond in. They got it done in just less than a week, for a good price ($~30 to reshape, ~$100 new diamond holder) and it was also shined and polished!

They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time. I wont shop anywhere else for jewelry.

PANDORA Jewelry - Syracuse
Mercedez Griffin I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.
