Brittany C Dropped my wedding bands off to be resized to one size bigger. I picked my rings up the next day and theyre perfect. Cant see any marks from the sizing and no stones fell out. Pricing was not bad at all either.

I worked with them for a custom design wedding band to compliment a family engagement ring, as well as for a second option ring to pair with the band in a lower setting. The process was easy and clear and they really took time with me to understand what I was hoping for with each ring. I cannot recommend them enough for any jeweler needs. I’ll certainly be back to them with future ideas.

Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and I hope to do business with her at Gerald Peters soon enough!! Would highly recommend stopping in for luxury watches at any price range.

Katherine and Chris are incredibly knowledgeable—they’ve been collecting their whole lives, and Katherine’s passion for jewelry really shines through. She and Chris were so kind and helpful when I stopped in to find a special maid of honor gift for my sister. With their guidance, I found the sweetest, most meaningful vintage bracelet that I know she’ll treasure forever. And I cant forget to mention Rosebud, their sweet dog, who was the friendliest greeter! She made the whole experience even more special. You can tell how much heart and hard work has gone into building this store. After everything local businesses have faced since COVID, it feels especially important to support small, family-run stores like this one.
