I was in awe when I saw the rings for the first time. They are gorgeous to say the least! I’m so happy with my rings and I can’t stop staring at them. Thats when I discovered Gary at Chateau, and what an incredible find it was! Gary provided a quote that honestly seemed too good to be true, especially after my previous experiences. However, upon receiving the ring, I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional level of craftsmanship. The attention to detail and the quality of the work are truly remarkable. Gary sat with us for an hour, walking us through different ring designs, explaining design details, and getting a sense of our vision for our engagement ring. When I returned a week later Gary knew exactly what she had in mind, since he had taken diligent notes on what piqued her interest. He brought the dream to life. The ring is beyond stunning. He Was able to quickly and efficiently adjust my bracelet, and was more than fair with the billing. Really helped me out so much with everything, I’m actually going back soon to get another watch serviced. 10/10 experience.
