K S Not only have I loved Laura’s designs since I first found her shop in the 90s in Manhattan, I visit her beautiful Rochester store often just to buy her latest pieces and I’ve never once been disappointed. Laura has amazing taste and continues to create gorgeous, high quality bracelets, necklaces and earrings and I’m constantly asking for more because I’ve given all of my purchases out as gifts. Alita EB Had the best time bringing my 6 year old daughter here. We built a very sweet charm “stack” with her birthstone charm, an engraved locket, and then split a together forever heart charm. Staff was so warm and helpful. The experience was so special and I definitely recommend it. We both can’t wait until she’s 8 and we can get matching zap bracelets. Thanks, Catbird!

DJS Sammy’s jewelers is the BEST there is!!! He is truly talented and is an amazing craftsman when it comes to jewelry. He makes gorgeous jewelry and is also very trustworthy. I had him size my heirloom wedding ring which was from the 1940’s and is a original one of a kind my father had custom made for my mother when they got married. She had such a small ring size and no one was ever able to resize it for me until I met Sammy. He did an awesome job!!! No one can tell where he sized it. Now it will be passed down to my daughter and then my granddaughter. So they can wear it too. I can’t thank you enough Sammy!! I can now wear my mother’s wedding ring and treasure my memories of her each and every day!! He will now be my go to jeweler for all my family and friends. He is the 3rd booth on the left when you walk in.

Amber H I brought my very delicate urn necklace to be fixed and within a week I had it back like brand new for a very reasonable price. They stand behind their product and are very knowledgeable and personable. I would bring any/all jewelry repair business to Jewels without hesitation.

Jillian Heller Lauren made the engagement ring of my dreams come true! I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, with many ideas and reference pictures of different elements and she magically brought it all together and breathed life into it! Everyday I look down and admire it. Todd is also great to work with, he is so kind and welcoming every time I pop into the shop. I felt so taken care of and in great hands throughout the entire process. Lauren also created our wedding bands a year later! Thank you King and Curated for creating something so beautiful and special for us. I look forward to the chance to create something else together in the future :)

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!
