I had a ring stuck on my finger for over 20 years,.and it was time to have it cut off. Matt was so kind, understanding and professional. He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful. Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down. I am deeply thankful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise I received both times. Its rare to find a place that combines skill with such genuine compassion. Ill be back, and Ill be recommending them to everyone I know!

Bryan I would recommend Olde Saratoga to anyone. The staff are very welcoming, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the fine details. I recently sold my coin and currency collection to them. I received in depth explanations on how they valued each item and I was satisfied with the the offer they made. Ed Esses Hi everybody so I was taking a walk with my friend just to simply get a battery for my watch for my watches at two watches so I stopped off at a place on 63rd and regal Park. The name of the place is called Simon and Sons. I’m at the Sun I’m the father very very nice people. I asked him if they can fix watches they said yes I said how much is it they said seven dollars apiece. I said fantastic. Please fix my watches, I’ve been around in the neighborhood trying to find places in the past I want to charge $15 for a battery. I thought that was ridiculous. Anyway they charge me seven dollars apiece. I’m very very happy and I have to watch us getting their battery I would recommend stopping in this place and also I get a nice feel like the people here very nice signing off Ezra
