It was probably about 50 years old and Id been wearing it for years. Tragically it had recently broken, and several of the links had worn thin from years of wear and tear. The team immediately put me at ease, assuring me they could restore it to look as beautiful as the day she received it — and strong enough to last another 50 years. They absolutely delivered. In less than 24 hours, the bracelet was ready for pickup — and it looked better than I’ve ever seen it! Thank you so much for bringing new life to such a deeply sentimental piece. I’m beyond grateful!
