Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

John Esposito I had been shopping around online for a while when I saw the ad from Gold Empire Jewelry. It showed exactly what I was looking for at what seemed to be a much better price, so I called for more information. Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. It’s nice to know you got more than your money’s worth, especially when making an expensive purchase. What’s even nicer is knowing you have done business with an honorable person who did his best to make you happy. Tiffany Aiken He has a new Flea Market area right before the Chinese Buffet. If you like Antique and Vintage Items, he has a lot of items packed into this room. I love to go through the boxes of jewelry, he or one of his employees always gives me a good deal. He has given my husband and I more than one good deal on Gold and Silver Rings or Chains at his store location.
