Peter Jones This is run by charming woman who knows everything about each piece on sale in her store. My wife and I before we had children had bought some Christmas ornaments here which we still put on our tree and dearly love. It is still the same shop and The same owner. We were offered bottled water when we arrived which was very nice for the warm day. We ended up buying some chocolates which were exceptional and I was able to get a delightful Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I highly recommend a trip to 15 steps.

William Wright The guy with the ponytail is extremely rude all the time, hes miserable I hate seeing him when I go in there because I just know hes going to give a hard time. Everyone else is cool but this guy is always there, more than anyone else

Best experience Ive had fixing my watch and I even bought a necklace from them just cause I had such a nice experience. Don s Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that

S Rodgers I couldn’t possibly rate the overall experience better. I felt welcomed the moment I entered the shop. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff were extremely friendly. Lynda was so patient and sweet while assisting me with jewelry selections. I was a little anxious (quietly) but Noah put me quickly at ease. He has a calm presence about him and the process was over before I even realized it began. I would highly recommend this business for being a step above.
