Jose Santos I recommend you coming here I just bought a silver chain and pendant on Father’s Day . Unfortunately to my surprise the stone already fell out of the cross. Here I am here five days later feeling ripped off I go in there he’s completely understanding and helps me find different pieces I can have to exchange . He worked with me and I ended up with a sterling silver bracelet and a stainless steel chain. For the same price of cross and the stainless steel piece is heavy and shines bright. Karoline Fischer I had the best experience. I wanted to have some custom jewelry out of one of my son’s baby teeth and I came to Martin Busch as it’s close to where I live and it had great reviews. I have been taken care of by Eva so wonderfully there. I explained what I wanted. They sent me a draft, I gave more directions and the draft was perfected. The piece came out exactly like the draft, it’s heavenly. I got a very thin chain for the piece that I broke. I told Eva, and she said they would fix it for free. I can’t wait to get more jewelry from there.

Stephanie Richards I purchased a custom three ring engagement/wedding ring set in platinum (not the easiest metal to work with) in a very specific setup that was a challenge for any jeweler. Honestly, I had hesitation in not being able to walk in and deal face to face. After speaking to Imanuel (sp) via text and over the phone several times I was assured they could handle the task. He was willing to start work immediately (didnt even ask for a deposit) and I provided what we wanted. He was VERY easy to work with and was always in contact. He sent us the selection of settings and we were able to customize them to our very specific needs. After we made the final design changes they worked very quickly to get us the rings and they were perfect - except they were too small - my fault. My bride to bes fingers change size regularly as she has RA and she couldnt get the rings on her swollen fingers - something we failed to take into consideration. I called Imanuel to see if he could assist and he gladly said to send them back and he would make each ring a different custom size (we sent an existing ring with each one to provide an exact size template.) My error caused him to have to redo each ring and add platinum to make them perfect - which he did. He did all this in a VERY quick timeline and without hesitation. He was very easy to work with and our 100% satisfaction was his goal. I have never worked with any jeweler that provides such complete service. This was paramount and my priority but it should also be noted that his pricing is EXTREMELY fair as well - which is a bonus. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. They are top of the line and a pleasure to work with on your custom jewelry needs. Recommend without hesitation.

Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!

Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.
