5 /5 Jewelry Fan: This was my first visit to your new shop, and I brought in some Morgan Dollars and scrap gold. I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! Thank you again—I’ll definitely be returning soon!

From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive. I felt like they werent taking my inquiries seriously. Their evaluation process was rushed, and they didnt explain how they determined the value of my gold. The quote they offered was shockingly low compared to other places I researched. When I mentioned this, they brushed it off without providing any justification or offering a better deal. If youre considering selling gold, ld strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are much better options that treat their customers with respect and fairness. Which is why I went across the street at glen peters !

5 /5 Matt Colangelo, CPA: I checked out the new Albany Coin & Jewelry spot and had a great experience. Rick, the owner, greeted me right away—super friendly and really knows his stuff. He took the time to break down the differences between the various types of gold, silver, and other metals they carry, which was actually really helpful. I ended up picking up a few pieces of silver, all nicely packaged and something I plan to hang onto for the long haul. Solid experience all around—definitely recommend stopping by if you’re into coins or precious metals.

5 /5 Nathan Wood: I em elated. Complete professionalism. I was looking to sell some coins and was told to "make an appointment" from the company I bought them from 15 years ago. On a whim I went into Albany Coin and Jewelry. On the spot I was offered more than competitors were going to offer if my coins were in the condition that I claimed. I was a little bit nervous leaving with a piece of paper (check). I went straight to the bank and the bank knew the owner personally via working with them!! I was so happy I drove back and thanked Keith (owner) personally. Thank you for making my experience comfortable, honest and so professional. Wish I could give you 10 stars!!!

It is a nice home like vibe with an amazing atmosphere. Rick and Keith are the best at what they do and no one in the capital region comes close to them. They will always tell you strait up and give you the best deals around. Keep going and can’t wait to bring them more!!
