He asked for my trust and when I returned 2 days later was blown away with the result. So happy I listened to the professional! Thank you Yekutiel! This is my 2nd purchase from IDJ. The first was done all over the phone early in the pandemic, which was a bit scary. I bought a platinum eternity band and remember Mr. Israel saying "I want to earn your trust, this is what Im going to do....". A few weeks later, IDJ delivered the most spectacular ring just in time for our 25th Anniversary trip. They earned my trust then, so were my obvious choice when visiting NYC last month for another purchase. Thanks again!

keudy deoleo Worst customer service, they don’t care if they sell or not because I guess this business is family owned. Every time I go the lady always has an attitude as if she doesn’t care if you buy or not. Also they are really expensive for stuff that isn’t quality. They are never open on time so don’t waste your time showing up whatever time is posted.

G B Renny was soo amazing. I popped in the store just to see what they had and Renny was soo helpful. She worked with prices for me and accommodated me the best way she could. I am so happy I found a jeweler I can trust and genuinely feel comfortable visiting. She treats her customers extremely well. Very genuine vibe. Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening.
