1 /5 Yanelin Liriano: Worst customer service ever, I ordered online and it took 3 weeks to received the order and they lied to me saying they already shipped the order. The girls on the phone that they have on WhatsApp not profesional at all. I don’t recommend this place and on top of everything what I ordered was not what I received.

1 /5 Israel Williams: I bought a chain from Alex Diamond Joyería, and just two days after receiving it, it broke. I was never told the chain was semi-solid or hollow. When I reached out, customer service became extremely slow, completely different from how fast they were when selling to me. I asked for clarity, but got vague responses and no real answers. They never disclosed important details about the product. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews. It’s sad that influencers keep promoting this business without realizing the harm they help spread. As a customer, I feel deceived. What they call “a small price difference” meant a big loss for me. They won, I lost. But I won’t stay silent. I deserve respect and transparency as a customer. If you’re thinking about buying from them, think twice. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

1 /5 william castillo: FALSE ADVERTISING I went in to sell a hollow rope chain and a solid gold ring They Posted they buy 55 a gram on instagram When I got to the store they said” its only if 55 a gram if it’s solid gold” then I pointed out the ring is solid… then they said “Only if you buy from them” neither of thing where disclosed on the promotional post. They offered me 50 a gram and I went across the street and sold it for 52a gram. I didn’t want to do business with them after seeing how they tried to trick me into coming to their store. If I would have checked the reviews I wouldn’t have wasted my time as I its clear they have done this to many people. I’m sure they say whatever they have to get you to sell to them for cheap. She really tried to get a away with saying the only do that for solid gold not realizing I had also offered a solid ring.. these people are not honest if I’m going to seek for 50 a gram it wouldn’t have been to them. They don’t deserve my business when buying in the future I will go elsewhere

1 /5 Alicia Marquez: Very unprofessional security was bothered because I went with my kids and my 1 year old was walking back and forth after I had all my information set and ready to go the security took me out with all my kids like if I was an animal no one did anything very sad to know in a place where you go to waste your money they treat you like that! The security was arguing with me a women very disappointed I had another point of view for Alex diamond jewelry I would never refer this place…
