Lovely Lynnie Upstairs there are different sections for different types of handmade trinkets and accessories! I saw handmade jewelry, soaps, candles, clothes, and more. Downstairs there were even more variety of shops to look through! Each shop owner I met was so passionate and sweet. There were more curated clothing, jewelry, and accessories there too! For anyone who adores handmade, vintage, and y2k aesthetics, you should definitely visit!

B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. Daly Designs handcrafts timeless jewelry that came in a thoughtful little package for an awesome price. All parts are made in the USA, and some special pieces from Italy! Every detail of the design and in the store is gorgeous and tasteful. I could wear them for life, and I want more!

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

David Johnson Wonderful!! shopping experience. I stopped in the store Sunday morning 5/4 to get my Tag watch sized. Great customer service from Theresa & can’t remember other salespersons name. It is wonderful to walk into a place and the associates really have passion to what they sell. Really spoke about the Mother’s Day promos , financing & just genuine helpful. It is hard to find dedicated employees, as these two were. Please be sure to recognize these two ladies on a job well done! I will definitely be back.

Mercedez Griffin I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

K S Not only have I loved Laura’s designs since I first found her shop in the 90s in Manhattan, I visit her beautiful Rochester store often just to buy her latest pieces and I’ve never once been disappointed. Laura has amazing taste and continues to create gorgeous, high quality bracelets, necklaces and earrings and I’m constantly asking for more because I’ve given all of my purchases out as gifts.
