Deborah Donaldson La Gravinese is the best place to buy your jewelry, hands down! I have been going to this wonderful store for many years, and I pretty much buy all my jewelry from there. The staff is just wonderful….friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Paulette is just the best of the best! She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about jewelry, and has impeccable taste. She is patient and helpful, and will always lead you in the right direction when making a decision or choice about a piece of jewelry. The pieces they sell are just beautiful and the quality is excellent. Their prices are fair, and they go above and beyond to find you just the right piece that is in your budget. They do amazing custom work and really strive to create exceptional one of a kind heirloom pieces. They also do amazing redesign and repair work, and you can always feel confident to know that your jewelry is in good hands.

Best experience Ive had fixing my watch and I even bought a necklace from them just cause I had such a nice experience. They have a dog named bananas whos also quite the gentleman and interactive with the customers. Love this place.

Melissa Rogan Absolutely outstanding service! I brought in my tennis bracelet, and Kiro worked his magic—polishing and refinishing the gold to make it look even better than new. Since the bracelet was too large, he removed two diamonds and transformed them into stunning stud earrings! The attention to detail and craftsmanship were impeccable and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. Thanks to this exceptional experience, Kiro is now my go-to jeweler! He’s truly amazing, and I can’t recommend him enough!

From start to end, she helped me transform my vision into reality for both the Engagement/Wedding rings. She is very knowledgeable. I have to say I’m very bias. I checked many Jewelers before moving forward with Hannoush and I’m so glad I did. They pride themselves with a premier level of customer service you really don’t see often. I included pictures of the bride engagement ring and wedding band set and mine. The rings were delivered as promised and fit perfectly. My wife is so happy with how it all turned out and we will definitely be life long returning customers for Hannoush

Dana Rediger I had such a great experience designing my sapphire ring with Marie. She was very helpful walking me through the customization process to get exactly what I wanted; she was timely in her responses and attentive to all the details, no mistakes along the way. This is a ring that I bought for myself after getting divorced; it was a gift to myself for taking the tough road of leaving my marriage and prioritizing myself and my children. The three sapphires represent me and my two beautiful daughters, and I wear it on my left hand to represent my commitment to myself and them. I loved this setting because the prong style reminds me of little crowns cradling the sapphires. However, this setting originally had two diamonds on either side of the main sapphire and the band was plain. Marie helped me change the design to include two color-matched sapphires on either side of the main and added 7 pave diamonds on either side of the sapphires. The ring is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the whole process went so smoothly; the ring arrived perfectly with such nice presentation in the box. I’m so glad I worked with this company to get exactly what I wanted. It was worth every penny. If you are looking for any kind of sapphire jewelry, don’t waste your time anywhere else. The quality, care, and professionalism you get here is wonderful along with fair pricing.
