Kate Browning Schooley’s was awesome. I personally chose them over other jewelers after feeling like other stores treated shoppers with higher budgets with more attention and courtesy. Dave was incredibly nice and everyone else in the store was very welcoming. I had three pieces: 1) a loose mystery stone from my mother that I thought was glass 2) an old aquamarine ring that I inherited from my grandmother and 3) an engagement ring that was too big. The loose stone was actually an aquamarine and I had it made into a pendant. Dave was awesome throughout the entire process and I love the final product. I asked for the ring to be resized after contemplating having it reset — and even though it was less money for Schooley’s they respected my decision that the original setting was sentimental to me. The ring is amazing and so clean I hardly recognized it My engagement ring was resized in just a few days and is flawless as well. Overall 10/10 and 5 stars :)

Sun Sun I lost my bracelet and was so depressed for days. I’ve been looking around jewelry stores to look for the same or look similar to my bracelet but cant find it. I almost lost hope until i came to Molly’s Jewelers website and found similar diamond bangle, I felt so happy and some happy tears. I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）

The vibe was not pushy at all, and they’re honest about the differences in pieces. They priced things about on par/average for what you would expect. Got a few great pieces, will definitely be back!

A J David is fabulous and made my entire experience amazing. He took as much time as I needed to work through selling some jewelry as that can be an emotional event. After, he quickly came up with some beautiful designs to use the stones that remained. I absolutely love the rings he designed for me. Jewelry that had been stuffed away, broken or too small has now been transformed. Every day I have beauty and wonderful memories glimmering up at me. I am so thankful for Davids patience and skill. I am thrilled to put these on in the morning. (The picture doesnt really do them justice.) So go and see for yourself. You will walk out grinning.
