Joseph Stagliano I got my girlfriend a new chain for a family heirloom pendant and when I brought it in to have the connecting ring welded for security they were able to get it done in an hour. Not only did they weld the jump ring, but they fixed up the loop at the top of the pendent that was starting to wear without me even asking. 10/10 service and quality, would highly recommend.

Allen designed the most beautiful engagement ring for me, which was even better than I imagined. The design and craftsmanship are unmatched. We went back for a custom wedding band, and Helen nailed that one as well. I couldn’t be happier with the standalone ring or how perfectly it pairs with my engagement ring. Tracy Curtin This has to be the best jeweler in the WNY area. They do everything and have everything. Their customer service is amazing. They make every customer feel like family. And it doesn’t matter if you’re spending $100 or &10,000 . Angel is amazing but really everyone is there is so special. I don’t know who owns this store but big kudos to you! A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!
