Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

Raiyan Ferdous We had an amazing experience at Helzberg Diamonds! We went in to buy a ring for my brother-in-law’s fiancée, and Mani and Christian went above and beyond to help us find the perfect one. We had a budget in mind and didn’t think we could get anything extraordinary, but Mani found us an incredible 2+ carat radiant-cut diamond, E color, that was shockingly within our budget—it felt like a total steal! On top of that, we were in a rush and needed the ring ready in just two days, and they made it happen. Christian even cleaned and polished both my and my wife’s wedding rings for free while we waited. The entire experience was seamless and exceeded all expectations. Elaine Martinez The jewelers were very welcoming, helpful and reasonable. They helped us purchase the perfect necklace that tied in beautifully of what we envisioned to pair with our earrings for the wedding dress. Andy and Yoram worked with us until we were satisfied with the length of the necklace. We didnt want it to be a choker but also we did not want it to hang too low either. They were patience and attentive to detail. Once we settled on the metal, preference of grown or lab created and clasp it was a very smooth process. I would highly recommend!
