After going to few places to get offers on an engagement/ wedding ring set, I found this place after getting my worst offer of the day at a store just down the road. Hans was great to deal with. He was friendly, courteous, honest and efficient. He made me the best offer that day. The whole exchange took 10 minutes and I left feeling that good about the whole process.

Judy Hosmer I had a wonderful experience at Let’s Bead! I went there with a string of red coral from my dear sister to restring into a necklace. Very sentimental piece. No idea how to accomplish Lydia helped me with supplies and offered a work area to complete and she was right there helping me with all questions. It was wonderful and I am so happy with my necklace. Jill Waldmann I went in a day before my Dad’s 84th Birthday, looking to have his chain extended. I was given options at an affordable price. I told them I know it was late notice and certainly did not expect it by his birthday tomorrow .I was asked me to bring in the cross that he wears on the chain. The chain and cross were cleaned along with a nice gift bag! I was thrilled! Lastly, I received a call to pick up today. The same day! I was very appreciative and it brought a smile to my Dad’s face!❤️

Angela Collins Diamond cutters is the only jeweler myself and my family will ever use. Bill and Rachel run such a wonderful and professional business with exquisite, unique, and original pieces regardless of your budget. My husband purchased my engagement ring here, it was everything I could have wanted and more! We also purchased our wedding bands from Diamond cutters. When my best friend was getting engaged we took him to see Rachel and needless to say SHE was extremely happy with the results. When we are out we constantly receive compliments. Now this part is why they are ABOVE AND BEYOND… I have a gold colored heart music box with velvet inside that was the only possession I received from my grandmother’s belongings, that I keep my rings in and when I was dusting the cloth got stuck on the bow and fell subsequently resulted in the hinges broken off completely. I called instrument repair places, music box repair places, over 7 different places all in which told me they couldn’t fix it. The last place told me to try a jewelry store. I called Rachel immediately and she said I could bring it in! She said she couldn’t make any promises but her guys would try their best! Needless to say what I picked up was amazing. New hinges, they even were able to get the bow back on. Now this was extremely difficult because the music box isn’t gold or silver or a strong metal but again more sentimental value! I cried in the store because of how wonderful of a job they did! No one handles business better than Bill and Rachel!

brian murphy Gary was really great! He helped me out with sizing my 5 watches today and he was so efficient. He also had me try on each watch to make sure they all fit to my liking. Great sense of humor as well. I would highly recommend Strauch Jewelers! Great work Gary!

Zhen Z I chose my first Love bracelet at this meaningful boutique. I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）
