Mona I purchased two necklaces, one for my daughter of the cat reaching for the butterfly and one for myself of the Christmas manger scene. (I just couldnt resist). I showed them to my husband and he thought they were so well done that he insisted I order one with the cat since it was very much like my sweet cat, Wall-e. The way the cat reaches out for the butterfly is exactly the way Wall-e reaches out and touches my face and sometimes lays his paw on my hand. I had taught him to sit and shake and he has devised his own touch method by touching and looking straight into my eyes to make sure Im paying attention. He is very gentle. It melts my heart and that necklace will be just perfect. I love the designs and quality!

Elizabeth Deery When we initially began the process of looking for rings, I was interested in checking out Manns Jewelers. Nevertheless, due to scheduling they ended up being the 7th jeweler we visited - and lucky number 7 it was! From the beginning our experience was different - it was personable, not pushy and Bonnie spent more than an hour with us the first day, even though we had told her we werent going to purchase that day. We viewed and I tried on dozens of rings, and in the end made the decision to customize an already beautiful Gabriel & Co. piece - though we did not purchase that day we were back just a few days later to finalize. Throughout the process Bonnie sought to educate us on what we were purchasing and to make us clients, not simply another number in and out - both of which are more than I can say for a few other places we visited. We definitely recommend Manns Jewelers - we went in for a purchase but came out with a jeweler and we look forward to working with them in the future!

Don s Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that

Marcus Taylor I went there recently while passing through Lowville, N.Y., for a short stay. I had imagined finding a quaint jewelry store, and an experience to match. The owner did not disappoint. She indulged all my questions with an enthusiasm that matched and complimented my curiosity. As a former salesperson myself, I know that product knowledge and being personable are so key. From start to end, she helped me transform my vision into reality for both the Engagement/Wedding rings. She is very knowledgeable. I have to say I’m very bias. I checked many Jewelers before moving forward with Hannoush and I’m so glad I did. They pride themselves with a premier level of customer service you really don’t see often.
