Hailee was absolutely wonderful and super patient while we tried on multiple rings and answered all of our questions. She made the experience truly amazing with her insight and suggestions. Jules Rose I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !
