S Rodgers I couldn’t possibly rate the overall experience better. I felt welcomed the moment I entered the shop. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff were extremely friendly. Lynda was so patient and sweet while assisting me with jewelry selections. I was a little anxious (quietly) but Noah put me quickly at ease. He has a calm presence about him and the process was over before I even realized it began. I would highly recommend this business for being a step above.

Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

D Shana has great unique jewelry of her own design. Unfortunately, we found during last years Winter walk, that she no longer has a store on Warren St. We did see her booth at the Basilica Farm and Flea during the holidays.

Rickie Hatlee I had an amazing experience at Glen Peters. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Brad, who was both friendly and helpful. He was so awesome putting up with all my questions about different things and options. Brad was super nice, so honest, and very knowledgeable. I ended up getting a beautiful emerald ring, that I absolutely love! Renee, also was so sweet helping me in between. I will definitely be back Glenn Peters for sure, the customer service there is beyond amazing.. Brad, especially is top notch!!
