5 /5 Ezela Tagliente: JF Jones does AMAZING work!! She is officially my jeweler for life! Brittany and her team are one of a kind, I dont shop anywhere else now when it comes to quality jewelry. My husband and I met Brittany in 2018 shopping for engagement rings. She took one of his family rings and created a custom ring for me, and collaborated with my husband to use the surrounding diamonds for a surprise necklace given to me on our wedding day!! But that was just how we started our relationship with Brittany at JF Jones. Over the past years she has worked with us countless times on beautiful gifts and pieces. From delicate Ania Haie fashion jewelry to the anniversary gifts my husband and I now exchange, its great to know that shes ready to partner with us. The store has been around for almost 100 years, and everything is excellent quality! She has items for any price range! I also recently did her jewelry box clean out program - bring in broken or unwanted jewelry and she will value it and apply that value to your next purchase!!

5 /5 Shazbo: JF Jones has been running since 1928. That’s a staggering 97 years!!! This in itself should speak volumes and instill confidence to trust this business run by women. I was greated very warmly by Lisa. She promptly took my watch that needed a battery replaced whilst I browsed. JF Jones stock an amazing selection of rings, watches, earrings, pendants, bracelets and many many more items. They also provide custom designs, jewellery cleaning/repair, watch repair, appraisals, diamond trade-up, concierge services and wish lists. What more could you ask for? The shop is welcoming and tastefully laid out. They have a lovely seating area where my partner refrained from any eye contact and probably prayed that I didn’t come over to say I liked anything! I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany whose grandfather started up this business and I hope this continues for generations to come. If you are looking to treat yourself or to buy a special someone in your life a gift then this is the place to go. I am looking forward to visiting again in the near future to treat myself.

They have a wonderful selection and Brittany is so knowledgeable and made me feel so welcome and comfortable.

Brittany took the time to go over many different options and make further recommendations based on what I liked vs didn’t like. Very easy and fun process. I love how my ring turned out!
