I hit up several big-name jewelers, and they were all a total letdown. No one even tried to educate me or dive into the details of what I might want. But then, I walked into Holston Jewelers, a local gem, and met Michael and Kathy. These two are absolute rockstars! They took the time to teach me all about engagement rings, guiding me through every step with patience and expertise. They really got what I was looking for and helped me zero in on the perfect ring. Mariah Burke My fiancé and I went into De’s to design an engagement ring. Dennis was so informative, sat with us and gave us all types of options and never pushed for one or the other. We felt informed about all the options and the end result was absolutely beautiful. This is a great place to go for any jewelry needs!! The costumer service is outstanding!!

Carlos Miguel Lasa Ara helped us with same day resizing for our engagement ring and was very professional, courteous and speedy (we were done in 10-15 minutes!). He really customized it so that it was a perfect fit - my fiancée was an eighth of a size up from what the ring sizer suggested. Would suggest calling him in advance to let him know youre coming - we came early in the morning and the building wasnt open yet, but he was very responsive on the phone. Hes located on the mezzanine floor of the building, room 21 (we got a little lost at first finding it). Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially for same day service! Would definitely come back for future jewelry needs!
