I visited with my partner once before we ordered our rings, and my partner had visited once, months before we went together, and they still remembered her, which showcases their phenomenal customer service. Fast-forward to ordering our rings, and the experience of designing our rings was smooth, even my custom ring. Three weeks later we picked up our rings, and while some might say that three weeks is too long, I say you can’t rush perfection, for that is how we feel about our rings. Finally, not only are the rings gorgeous, the ring boxes are beautiful, which is not something I ever thought I would find important..

They let me browse around for almost 45 minutes, taking my time while asking me questions to help me get a better understanding of what to get and not something just big and flashy.
