But the whole crew here truly worked with me every step of the way and then in person we got to really work with them and get great advice on my wifes stacking bands. The studio is also beautiful to boot! Cannot recommend enough.

5 /5 Michelle Stoltz: My fiancé worked with Patrick to make the most perfect engagement ring and I had the privilege to work with him on my wedding band! He made sure he had all of the proper measurements in order to fit the wedding band perfectly with my engagement ring. While they do recommend sending the engagement ring back to ensure everything fits together, Patrick worked with me and those making the ring to work the fit without me having to return it due to timing issues. It fit perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and customer service!

My fiance has been pining for an Alexis Russell piece for longer than Ive known her so when the time came I knew exactly where I was getting her engagement ring. She had her eye on a kite shapes sapphire listed on the website that unfortunately sold before I was ready to order. I contacted them asking when they would expect something similar to come in and Patrick told me he could FIND one! He presented me a few days later with three beautiful options, even taking videos so I could see how they sparkled. After I placed the order Patrick asked me when I had plans to propose. I mentioned we would be going on a trip to one of her favorite cities soon but I understand its a longshot to get the ring made and shipped to me so quickly. The man MADE IT HAPPEN! I was able to propose on our trip, totally catching her off guard. She loves it so much and I catch her her staring at it often. Thank you again Patrick! Edit: Writing another ring review here since I cant make two reviews for the same vendor. I had a lot of trouble picking out a wedding ring for myself so my fiance suggested I get something that matches hers. We picked out a knife edge band on the website but wanted something a little wider than the standard 4mm. Cue Patrick again! A couple emails later and we have a 6mm knife edge band on order! I love it so much and hate that I have to wait 5 more months to wear it every day. Thank you a THIRD time Patrick!
