We went in to buy a ring for my brother-in-law’s fiancée, and Mani and Christian went above and beyond to help us find the perfect one. We had a budget in mind and didn’t think we could get anything extraordinary, but Mani found us an incredible 2+ carat radiant-cut diamond, E color, that was shockingly within our budget—it felt like a total steal! On top of that, we were in a rush and needed the ring ready in just two days, and they made it happen. Christian even cleaned and polished both my and my wife’s wedding rings for free while we waited. The entire experience was seamless and exceeded all expectations. My husband and I met Brittany in 2018 shopping for engagement rings. She took one of his family rings and created a custom ring for me, and collaborated with my husband to use the surrounding diamonds for a surprise necklace given to me on our wedding day!! But that was just how we started our relationship with Brittany at JF Jones. Over the past years she has worked with us countless times on beautiful gifts and pieces. From delicate Ania Haie fashion jewelry to the anniversary gifts my husband and I now exchange, its great to know that shes ready to partner with us. Kelcey C My boyfriend and I dropped in, looking to see if they had star sapphires available. We were interested in getting an engagement ring. The staff had one available, but it didnt suit me. Jon spoke with us and let us know they make custom jewelry. We decided to give it a try. I sent in some photo ideas of what I wanted. Jon put a rough design in front of us based on what I sent. They have special software that can render a ring on a screen. It gave us a good idea of what we wanted. We sat with Jon making adjustments until we were happy with what we had. Jon then had a 3d print of the ring made. He brought in samples of different star sapphires for us to look at and with the 3d print, we could see it come together. Once we finalized the details we had the ring made. I was extremely happy with the result. I feel that I have such a unique and special ring. The fact that Jon was able to take our ideas and make such a beautiful piece of jewelry made us so happy. The staff was all so sweet and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this store. We plan on purchasing another ring for my boyfriend. I also want to get some other pieces for myself. They have such a wonderful selection. Cant wait to go back!

Pamela Albanese Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable. I stated I was looking for a solar powered watch. He showed me my choices. Once I picked out what I liked , Jim sized for me and made sure I was happy with the fit. The shopping experience was stress free and no pressure. Will def purely go back for more purchases!

Rachel Roberts I visited this cute little boutique about 4-5 years back while visiting the lovely town of Ellicottville. It is absolutely the perfect little shop for that town. I can tell the owner-Jessica took much pride and care into keeping it well kept. Jessica was so helpful when I came in. She helped me pick out a couple outfits that day that matched and I wore my favorite to dinner with my husband. I still have them! The clothes are great quality. 10/10 recommend. Support small businesses! We want them to stay where they are. :)
