My father introduced me to Rafi, since my fathers purchases of jewelry through Top Custom Jewelwers Inc has always been great I thought I would try it for my engagement ring. I recently just bought my engagement ring through him and the experience was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond of what I could have expected. Rafi made finding the diamond and setting easy through his extensive research. This is the best jeweler around! He was concise, truthful, and up front on what he will be able to offer. Rafi didnt jerk you around or lie but laid all cards out on the table for his customers. He was even so good to have the diamond shipped over from Europe to get the best price for me. This ring was customized from top to bottom and Rafi came through!! This was my Fiances dream ring and Rafi made it into reality. Im so fortunate to have met Rafi and made him apart of the process that change my life. I cant wait to make the next purchase through him because I know it will be nothing but the best. B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.
