The entire process went amazing - from the initial consultation, to finding the perfect center stone, then to finally designing the ring setting, Frank was patient and assisted in every way possible and went above and beyond any expectations in creating the best ring for my fiancé. Couldnt be happier when working/shopping with Jerrys Jewelers

5 /5 Karen Roberts: I needed to have a ring cut off. It was too tight to slide over the knuckle. Another jewelry store said they could not cut it off, and that I would have to go to urgent care. However, I tried Jerrys Jewelry Store. They had no problem at all. The ring was easily cut and removed. The gentlemen there were very pleasant. If I decide to have the ring made into another piece of jewelry, I will go there to have it done.

5 /5 linda neal: My mother had always gone to Jerry’s, and I have gone also. Why? Because as long as I can remember they were always 5 star, in quality, and customer service, and it hasn’t changed. Today I brought a pair of gold earrings I needed a piece replaced from a second pair I had of the same kind. The kind owner replaced the piece in minutes. Brought it out to me, and it was perfect! I asked him what I owed him, he said,”oh don’t worry about it, it was nothing”. OMGosh… what a sweetheart!!! Jerry’s proves time and again what a 5 star business is all about. All you others out there, take note!!

5 /5 Kathleen Abaie: I was visiting family back home here from out of state. The loop on my jade pendant broke. I was devastated as my husband gave me that pendant over 40 years ago when he proposed. He used to wear it. Family and friends spoke highly of Jerry’s Jewelers. I knew how delicate it would be to repair the loop on the jade. Jade is highly heat sensitive and could potentially crack from the heat of the torch to repair the loop. Jerry and Frank were marvelous. Jerry knew right away what he was looking at and the sensitivity of the stone. He was able to repair it while I waited. He did a beautiful job and my pendant is back on the chain and around my neck. It felt right to trust Jerry from the moment he spoke to me. I would definitely return for repairs of my fine jewelry. It was a pleasure to meet Jerry and Frank. Their store is lovely w many beautiful items to admire while we waited. If I was in the market for a new trinket, I would definitely start at Jerry’s Jewelers. Very friendly, knowledgeable and true souls. Thank you kindly!

We upgraded my engagement diamond to 1.5 carats, and Frank gave us an amazing deal on the perfect stone! He is so generous with his time and talent! I make jewelry and when someone asks me to do a repair that is beyond my equipment and talent, I always send them to Jerry’s. If you are looking for a trustworthy, decent, talented jeweler, you’ve just found them!
