1 /5 Victoria Quesada: Charged me $70.12 to change a battery! The battery only cost $15 but he charged me $40 shipping, a service charge of $10, and tax of $5.20. Did the same thing to a friend of mine with a family heirloom. None of this was agreed at the outset. I asked for proof that the shipping of a small ladies watch cost $40 and why I owed him $10 since he did nothing but got nowhere. Had to present the money in a lawyers office to get my watch back. I have the paperwork if anyone wants to see. I am going to Cazanovia Jewelry now.

1 /5 Gaming Otaku: My mother and I had stuff cleaned and repaired. Its been a month now and theyre either closed for weeks on end or you get a voicemail. They have not called me once. Would not recommend for cleaning or repairs!!!
