Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!

Christina Broecker Mills is amazing. They created a custom engagement & wedding band for us. I’ve also had them repair older jewelry. Adding lost diamond chips & fixing prongs. They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).

They ensured we were involved in the design process we were provided multiple CAD renderings and eagerly answered any questions we had. Kir If any shop deserves a BIG 5 star review its Jasons!! I dropped by on a whim looking for wedding bands for myself. He has a great selection at great prices! I loved the first one I put on, although it was several sizes too small. Jason was attentive, gave feedback, and was so accommodating - he is able to resize in ONE day. I went home and told my fiancé exactly where to go and what to get. Unfortunately, we were moving from NYC to CA that week and he never made it to Jasons. I went to several stores in CA trying to find something, but nothing compared to the ring from Jasons. Nervous with my big day approaching, I called Jason to see if he could overnight the ring to CA. He answered right away, got the ring resized and shipped the next day!! It was received with plenty of time in perfect sparkly condition. Jason, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping fulfill my wedding dreams. I will always love this wedding band story!
