1 /5 Taylor Tavarez: I bought a necklace and it keeps breaking around my neck for no reason at all. It just falls off and snaps in half while wearing. I spent 1,000 on this gold chain and it is the worst quality I have ever bought. Went to get it fixed twice and on the second time I asked to exchange it for something else since this necklace seems to not be welded properly and it being of such bad quality. Needless to say, they refused and said it’s my fault for buying it and that it’s “not their fault for how it keeps falling off.” How??? You sold me this piece of junk. I unfortunately have to sell it somewhere else and take a loss to get something better. Please go somewhere else for jewelry this place is a rip off and has terrible customer service.

1 /5 R B: Unhappy! I put a deposit on a very nice necklace a few day before Christmas for them to hold for me until after the New Year. I recently picked up the necklace last week, and brought a few pieces of my personal jewelry for them to clean which included a ring with Pavé diamond stones. After they cleaned all the all jewelry, they brought back the diamond ring with 6 missing stones. They said “it happened during the cleaning and the stones probably were loose so they fell out during the cleaning”. I asked them if they could reset the original stones that fell out and they said no they would have to order new stones and replace them at $120. I came back today to pick my ring and noticed that the 6 stones they replaced were smaller in size. I asked them why the stones that they replace weren’t the same size as the original and couldn’t get a clear answer. I then asked if they can fix it and they said no it’s best to leave it the way it is. Needless to say I am very unhappy with that whole experience and will now need to bring my ring to my personal jeweler to correct this problem that was done by this jewelry store. I have had experience with having stones replaced in the past and had a gut feeling this would happen. I learned my lesson. From now on I will be going to my personal jeweler in the diamond district for cleaning and any necessary repairs. Lesson learned!!

1 /5 Amrita Karran: Let me start by saying we have purchased 2 pendants from them in the past year. Today we experienced very rude customer service. The woman that works here is always pleasant but today we came in to test my diamond earrings we purchased elsewhere and the gentleman that helped us had an attitude the entire time and it was very apparent he was talking to his colleague in Chinese about us. Because I asked him to redo it to show my husband, he demanded 5 bucks. Fine no problem we will pay the 5 bucks, but he proceeded to test and talk to his colleague in chinese about us,and toss my 4ct diamond earrings towards me across the glass counter saying theyre diamond. Not sure if he was upset that we didnt buy them there or what but we felt very uncomfortable. Never shopping here again. You want quality jewelry and friendly service, go to Howard Jewelers in queens village.

1 /5 Tony Reynoso: Have taken several of my watches there in the past for battery replacement. Didnt have a problem as of late two watches that were taken there have a problem. The watches start and dont continue to work and they refuse to say that its their fault. The watch never had a problem before with the original batteries and ever since they touch it, the watch doesnt work properly. Took another watch there to have a hand put back on the face of Picked up the watch. The hand was back on the dial but when I pulled the crown out to adjust the date on the watch, the whole crown popped off in my hand and the guys blaming me that I broke something clearly. He broke it when he took the watch apart. Doesnt want to take responsibility for it. My suggestion to anybody with watches expensive or cheap. Do not bring your watches to these people. They have a nasty cold attitude

1 /5 Rahul Kumar NY: Not friendly at all. Very moody customer service. Denied service to me in many occasions telling don’t have time and asking for higher prices than what’s posted on the sign. Wouldn’t recommend.
