Melissa Rogan Absolutely outstanding service! I brought in my tennis bracelet, and Kiro worked his magic—polishing and refinishing the gold to make it look even better than new. Since the bracelet was too large, he removed two diamonds and transformed them into stunning stud earrings! The attention to detail and craftsmanship were impeccable and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. Thanks to this exceptional experience, Kiro is now my go-to jeweler! He’s truly amazing, and I can’t recommend him enough!

From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. Ally Smith THE place to go for all your jewelry repairs and maintenence. I had a loose stone in my 20+ year old engagement ring. It was tightened as well as the other 2 stones and cleaned and polished! Looks like day i got it over 20 years ago. And all done while my hubby waited. Thank you!

Carlos Miguel Lasa Ara helped us with same day resizing for our engagement ring and was very professional, courteous and speedy (we were done in 10-15 minutes!). He really customized it so that it was a perfect fit - my fiancée was an eighth of a size up from what the ring sizer suggested. Would suggest calling him in advance to let him know youre coming - we came early in the morning and the building wasnt open yet, but he was very responsive on the phone. Hes located on the mezzanine floor of the building, room 21 (we got a little lost at first finding it). Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially for same day service! Would definitely come back for future jewelry needs!
