She made sure we all got settings that we wanted, even when it wasn’t something on her website. She even got them all done within a few weeks. I will go to her for all memory pieces in the future. Jill Waldmann I went in a day before my Dad’s 84th Birthday, looking to have his chain extended. I was given options at an affordable price. I told them I know it was late notice and certainly did not expect it by his birthday tomorrow .I was asked me to bring in the cross that he wears on the chain. The chain and cross were cleaned along with a nice gift bag! I was thrilled! Lastly, I received a call to pick up today. The same day! I was very appreciative and it brought a smile to my Dad’s face!❤️

Jewelry Fan This was my first visit to your new shop, and I brought in some Morgan Dollars and scrap gold. I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! Thank you again—I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Carlos Miguel Lasa Ara helped us with same day resizing for our engagement ring and was very professional, courteous and speedy (we were done in 10-15 minutes!). He really customized it so that it was a perfect fit - my fiancée was an eighth of a size up from what the ring sizer suggested. Would suggest calling him in advance to let him know youre coming - we came early in the morning and the building wasnt open yet, but he was very responsive on the phone. Hes located on the mezzanine floor of the building, room 21 (we got a little lost at first finding it). Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially for same day service! Would definitely come back for future jewelry needs!

Ellen Cohen Holsten Jewelers is wonderful in so many ways. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and very warm. The jewelry is beautiful and well priced. I completely trust them. It is always a treat going there, whether I am purchasing a piece of jewelry or just getting a new battery for my watch. Best jewelry store around!!

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!
