5 /5 Mercedez Griffin: I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

Claire provided kind and professional help, making whole experience wonderful. Helping me put together a beautiful charm bracelet for my wife. thanks Claire........

1 /5 Misty Toole: Just thought that I would let Corporate know that you have had the main entrance closed off since weeks prior to Christmas and only have your side entrance open? It looks terrible and not very inviting at all. Bad for business.

5 /5 Max: Taylor was the best. The most enjoyable person to deal with in retail that I have came across in years. Answered all of my questions, and was just genuinely nice to talk to. Wont be shopping again if shes not behind the counter.
