5 /5 Gracie Francesca: Kyle & Charles were extremely helpful yesterday when my grandmother and I wandered in yesterday! I came in with the intention of getting my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and to browse a little, and left with a brand new amethyst ring! They not only shined my rings up to perfection, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful when I was looking at new rings to purchase! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, and they made the experience so enjoyable! Thanks guys!

5 /5 Shawn-Michael Reardon: I went to 4 locations trying to get insurance info and was unsuccessful. No one could find me in the system.I went into this location to get an estimate on a repair for my earrings and these two teamed up and after searching for quite a while, at this point I already gave up and told them it’s a waste of their time, and low and behold these two ladies found me. My information was info entered wrong in the system. I was very grateful. Not only did they retrieve this, but seriously one of the most real experiences I have had in a while. They had me laughing so hard I couldn’t even tell yoi what it was about. I ended up buying a second pair of earrings because I assumed they made commissions and that was a way for me to pay this rare experience back to them. They are quite the duo. Thank you for their jobs and I wouldn’t get rid of them for nothing if I were this company. Thank you again Susan and Diane for finding that info and a wonderful interaction all around. -Shawn R.

5 /5 Janice Travis: Charles and Diane helped me find the perfect ring when I came in to do an upgrade. They were very personable, had a no pressure attitude and suggested options within my price range. I have been doing business there for 30 plus years and always glad to see Diane when I go in for my ring checks. They found some loose stones in one I’ve had for 15 years and sent it out to be repaired, still under warranty. Great service and people there!
