The main service this time around was my engagement ring upgrade. It had become too large after weight loss and Aurem’s bench did a superb job re-sizing it, keeping the engraving and hallmarks intact, and sizing it down without sacrificing the band’s integrity or the shape of the ring. I’m so pleased with their service, communication, and quick turnaround. Paul, Billy, and Vanya are absolute pleasures to work with.
