But Marcus did everything he could to help me and accommodate me. He was very professional and made the process very easy. I would recommend working with them.

The photos on the website are great quaility, but when you see your jewelry in person with your own eyes, its even better. I love that they will customize, along with making custom pieces as well. I have not bought jewelry from any where else, when the best is right here.

5 /5 Cory Hye: **UPDATE** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 stars) I recently ordered some jewelry from TraxNYC and initially had issues with delays and slow communication. I left an honest review about my experience. To my surprise, about 10 hours later, I was contacted by the owner himself, who called me personally to find out what was wrong and promised to handle it. Because I’m in Japan and there’s a time difference with the East Coast, I went to sleep. When I woke up, I had a personal video from the owner showing my product in hand, plus he said he was including a gift. Not only did I get a tracking number right away, but he also sent me an autographed .999 silver coin as a bonus. I’m blown away that my small order caught his attention. This is a company making $100K pendants for celebrities, yet the owner still took the time to make things right for me. Incredible customer service and respect. Highly recommend TraxNYC. Five stars from me.

5 /5 April Secor: I would like to share with you how wonderful it’s been working with Amy. My son (21 years old) had designed a very special pendant to which Trax was with him every step of the way designing what he wanted. He cherished it and cleaned daily and wore it with pride. Unfortunately he passed away now in March 2025, and 2 months after that I was robbed and they took everything my son owned and myself, including his prized pendant and chain. All together this purchase cost close to $12,000. And it was gone. So I got a hold of Amy and together she helped me figure out a way to repurchase his pendant. She is caring, compassionate and a wonderful person to work with. Thank you Amy.
