Cassandra D I had to get my watch repaired and I decided to go with Dorothys Fine Jewelry to get it repaired. I had a very positive experience with them. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

Heidi Luna Brought in my wedding ring for repair, as one of small stones had fallen out and needed replacement and the prongs had worn down and it also needed welding and cleaning from 30 years of wear and use.. I was pretty nervous leaving it but was assured it would be safe and I was very pleased with the outstanding service of Matthew James Jewelers and how beautiful my ring turned out!! Thank you and would absolutely recommend your store to friends and family!

Cory Halloran Great place! Liz Mertens was fantastic to work with. She listened to me, provided great suggestions, and respected my budget. She offered coffee and water too! I was not expecting to be pampered like that. She was very nice and made sure to explain everything and all the steps in the process for my CUSTOM engagement ring. Truly couldnt be happier with my experience!

You can really find so much, either for yourself or a gift for someone special. Sandra is a exceptionally talented jewelry designer. And honestly the customer service is 10/10. They just really care and are all about bringing people joy and helping you find something that is really going to make you happy. Were so lucky to have them right around the corner.

Rachel Roberts I visited this cute little boutique about 4-5 years back while visiting the lovely town of Ellicottville. It is absolutely the perfect little shop for that town. I can tell the owner-Jessica took much pride and care into keeping it well kept. Jessica was so helpful when I came in. She helped me pick out a couple outfits that day that matched and I wore my favorite to dinner with my husband. I still have them! The clothes are great quality. 10/10 recommend. Support small businesses! We want them to stay where they are. :)
