5 /5 Lynn Grant: 12/10/2020 After a few emails back and forth with Alexandra, we made a house call appointment with Mark Lawson to look at some items we were interested in selling, one of which was a large painting we did not want to transport. Before the appointment we received a detailed email as to what to expect at our appointment. Mark arrived on time and was very cordial and knowledgeable. He offered us fair market value for some gold jewelry we no longer wear, and he will be attempting to sell two items at auction. Our experience so far has been particularly good. 5/17/2021 Im happy to report our two items sold at auction and we received our settlement check. I would definitely do business Mark Lawson Antiques again.

1 /5 Jenna BEar: Mark Lawson is a scammer. He ripped me off. He bought some antique jewelry from me. One of the pieces was an antique white gold bracelet with tiny diamonds. He paid me for silver!!!! I have memory problems from head, injuries and brain damage so I had forgotten that it was a white gold piece. But later, when I was looking through my paperwork, I saw the insurance estimate which clearly stated this bracelet was white gold. By then it had been over six months since I had met with Mark, and been ripped off by his shady business practices

He was knowledgeable, professional and fair in his assessments and helped us accomplish our goals. Even more importantly he was personable and kind and shared his expertise without hesitation. 5 /5 Patricia Fronk: I contacted Mark Lawson during the time that NY was on pause and even though he was not seeing clients, his assistant checked in with me every couple of weeks by email. How perfect, I didnt feel forgotten and as soon as Mr. Lawson was able to meet with clients an appointment was set up. I met with Mr. Lawson on 6/5/2020 (Im a bit late in getting this done). I was so amazed with how at ease he made me while looking through the items in this estate. His knowledge of the items and what items are in demand was incredible. I thought he may have been able to purchase more, but everything that he did was helpful to me. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I know in the future I will contact him again. His knowledge and experience were obvious as he considered each item in my home. Mark was able to help me liquidate many items on the day of the appointment and also gave me a solid plan for the future as I prepare to stage my home for sale.I enjoyed Marks cordiality and that of his assistant.
