Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing.
