I finally decided to get them fixed up, and Ralph was super helpful. He resized the watches, shined everything beautifully, and was honest about what was worth fixing. Now I get to actually wear my grandmother’s pieces, which feels so special.

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

Skyman Wanted to expand my gold pendant collection and came across FJNY. Best bang for your dollar! Pendant is beautiful and shipping was fast. No insane markups, so will be shopping again! The customer service is amazing as well, answered all my questions quickly and made the transaction smooth.

Jillian Heller Lauren made the engagement ring of my dreams come true! I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, with many ideas and reference pictures of different elements and she magically brought it all together and breathed life into it! Everyday I look down and admire it. Todd is also great to work with, he is so kind and welcoming every time I pop into the shop. I felt so taken care of and in great hands throughout the entire process. Lauren also created our wedding bands a year later!
