5 /5 Ratna Payel80: What a wonderful vibe this jewelry store has. As an islander I always try to give money to my local business before go to the big ones. And I am so glad I end up coming here. Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful. I will try to post pictures later . Thank you so much all the hard work you guys do , we all appreciate your efforts.

1 /5 Marilyn Fattorusso-Gallarello: My husband bought an engagement ring back in 2021 which I was very happy with, we went back to pick out a wedding band and I was happy with my choice then as well. However, a few months after our wedding the diamonds in the interlock we purchased were rubbing on the prongs of my engagement ring and I noticed they were severing the gold prongs holding my main diamond. I was afraid they would eventually cut through and I would lose my diamond. So we went back to get it repaired and see our options. We worked with Jimmy’s son who was rude and dismissive. He convinced my husband to spend another $500 on a completely different setting so my diamond would sit higher from the interlock ( I really liked my original setting so I was a little annoyed nothing else could be done). So we did. When we went back to have it all redone, again I feel the son and his jeweler were just rude. I can’t say anything bad about Jimmy he was always pleasant and professional as was his staff. When the setting was reset the jeweler never asked how I wanted the prongs, and while he was working on my interlock one of the diamonds fell out. I watched him bang on his work bench for a diamond chip to bounce up so he could replace it, and when I questioned him he grunted. The son was annoyed that I wanted them to find the original diamond that fell out and was making comments as if it wasn’t big enough to look for. He allegedly found the diamond that fell out in the cleaning solution. The solder job was sloppy putting the diamond back on as well. Long story short as I look at my ring a few years later I am just so mad we didn’t go back. The setting is ugly with the big prongs blocking the beauty of my diamond - the gold is all scratched and dull because it still doesn’t sit right in the interlock and constantly slides to the side of the ring and gets stuck (see photo) Engagement rings are symbolic and a high ticket item, and to not be happy with something you wear everyday is upsetting.

5 /5 Igor Yegorov: I gave my Swatch watch Jimmys fine jewelry watch repair service. I needed to replace an accidentally broken crystal. They took my watch, and a week later they called and said that the repair would cost $50 with regular glass, and $90 with a waterproof installation. Of course I chose the waterproof original option. They called me 6 weeks later and asked me to come pick up the watch. The same day I got it wet when I washed my hands, the watch stopped and the glass fogged up. I returned them back, they accepted it and said that they would fix everything. Another 5-6 weeks passed, they called me and told me to pick up the watch. I took it, but immediately noticed that it was very difficult to set the time on it, the hands were uneven, and the wheel turned very hard. Without any questions asked, they took my watch for the third time. They called a month later and said that I could come and pick it up. I no longer knew what to expect, because about 4 months had passed since I first contacted this service. Imagine my surprise when two watches were returned to me. One is original, mine, which were broken. The second ones are exactly the same, completely new. They said that they were returning me a new watch, and I could keep the old ones for spare parts.
