Rayghan Dowey Love coming here. They have so many different designs with their jewelry, my mother has their eye on everything. The quality is amazing! The owner is kind and friendly- made us feeling like family.

Kelly Pastorek Jessica is such a talented designer and maker. She made the process of ordering a custom ring not only easy, but fun! We met to choose gems that would be featured on the ring and Jessica detailed the design concept, timeline and pricing. The final result is stunning!I highly recommend visiting her shop and considering a custom order!

David Johnson Wonderful!! shopping experience. I stopped in the store Sunday morning 5/4 to get my Tag watch sized. Great customer service from Theresa & can’t remember other salespersons name. It is wonderful to walk into a place and the associates really have passion to what they sell. Really spoke about the Mother’s Day promos , financing & just genuine helpful. It is hard to find dedicated employees, as these two were. Please be sure to recognize these two ladies on a job well done! I will definitely be back.

Kaylin Maggard I had a ring slice in half and they repaired it and deep cleaned it. It looked better than when I first got it at pick up! Highly recommend them.

Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!
