It was probably about 50 years old and Id been wearing it for years. Tragically it had recently broken, and several of the links had worn thin from years of wear and tear. The team immediately put me at ease, assuring me they could restore it to look as beautiful as the day she received it — and strong enough to last another 50 years. They absolutely delivered. In less than 24 hours, the bracelet was ready for pickup — and it looked better than I’ve ever seen it! Thank you so much for bringing new life to such a deeply sentimental piece. It was very significant place in my neighborhood so the location holds a very special place and after all this time, finally going into the store itself has not only captured my imagination, but has absolutely delightfully surprised me the excellent customer service is on 9 million and the merchandise and the Quality is to rival any store south of Harlem. Pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, which is rare these days. Bonus points for the semi-sweet red wine they serve. I don’t even like red wine, but theirs was smooth and delicious. Will definitely be back.

Customer service is excellent there, Mike, the manager or owner is a very nice guy who interact with customers and helps you get the best price for whatever items you wish to purchase. The young lady who helped my sister and I named Ramsey was very attentive. It’s a pleasure to have help from and not worry about one taken advantage of you and your hard earned money. I was so happy when I left the store, to the point where I went home and looked for gold and watches that I don’t use and that is broken to return back and make some extra cash. Definitely will recommend to others.
