Tracy Curtin This has to be the best jeweler in the WNY area. They do everything and have everything. Their customer service is amazing. They make every customer feel like family. And it doesn’t matter if you’re spending $100 or &10,000 . Angel is amazing but really everyone is there is so special. I don’t know who owns this store but big kudos to you! I hope you treat your team as good as they treat your customers.

cindy myrdek Love going to Wilsons Jewelers!!! They have the best selection and pricing; I always find something gorgeous to buy!!! The staff is excellent, (especially Jonathan and Melissa) very knowledgeable, accommodating and relaxed. Theres a nice selection of vintage and antique pieces that are constantly updated. They also have wonderful special events, depending on the time of year. Dont miss the Simon G trunk show...its amazing (and my absolute favorite!!!)

Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!

Shelly-Ann Smith My husband and I were assisted by Rahy at Zales Roosevelt Field mall. She was great at helping my husband and I select the perfect ring on 5/31. I returned on 6/1 to do a trade in on a ring I purchased at Zales approx 18 years ago and she went to great lengths to get the authorization from her leaders. She is patient, knowledgeable and has a great personality. She excels at hospitality and is truly an asset to Zales.
