Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening. Nicole Votta Frank was great. I had a bunch of coins not knowing if they were really worth anything. He went over each one and explained what each one was and what it was made of. I was completely satisfied and didnt feel like I was being taken for a fool.

Angela Collins Diamond cutters is the only jeweler myself and my family will ever use. Bill and Rachel run such a wonderful and professional business with exquisite, unique, and original pieces regardless of your budget. My husband purchased my engagement ring here, it was everything I could have wanted and more! We also purchased our wedding bands from Diamond cutters. When my best friend was getting engaged we took him to see Rachel and needless to say SHE was extremely happy with the results. When we are out we constantly receive compliments. Now this part is why they are ABOVE AND BEYOND… I have a gold colored heart music box with velvet inside that was the only possession I received from my grandmother’s belongings, that I keep my rings in and when I was dusting the cloth got stuck on the bow and fell subsequently resulted in the hinges broken off completely. I called instrument repair places, music box repair places, over 7 different places all in which told me they couldn’t fix it. The last place told me to try a jewelry store. I called Rachel immediately and she said I could bring it in! She said she couldn’t make any promises but her guys would try their best! Needless to say what I picked up was amazing. New hinges, they even were able to get the bow back on. Now this was extremely difficult because the music box isn’t gold or silver or a strong metal but again more sentimental value! I cried in the store because of how wonderful of a job they did! No one handles business better than Bill and Rachel!
