Even though I did not get a new piercing, she still explained everything thoroughly and I will definitely be going there when I do want a new piercing! Kay Gerlach Bob resized 4 stack rings for me that I could no longer wear as they had become too tight. They had been designed and custom made by another artist who is a dear friend of our family so they are very special to me. Bob took great care in resizing the rings and did an absolutely expert job. They now fit perfectly and I have worn them every day since. I cant thank him enough for his craftsmanship and passion for his work.

He dedicated many hours and alot of time to completing the challenging test we brought in, even bringing it somewhere else when he got stumped. I cannot thank him enough for bringing a piece of my mother there back to my home. His price was very reasonable considering the time he had invested. Highly recommend!!!

Allen designed the most beautiful engagement ring for me, which was even better than I imagined. The design and craftsmanship are unmatched. We went back for a custom wedding band, and Helen nailed that one as well. I couldn’t be happier with the standalone ring or how perfectly it pairs with my engagement ring. After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. He pulled the necklace from the bag, and I was thrilled with the results! It was absolutely perfect! The customer service was top tier, and I highly recommend Scherers Jeweler!"
