Nicole Votta Frank was great. I had a bunch of coins not knowing if they were really worth anything. He went over each one and explained what each one was and what it was made of. I was completely satisfied and didnt feel like I was being taken for a fool.

keudy deoleo Worst customer service, they don’t care if they sell or not because I guess this business is family owned. Every time I go the lady always has an attitude as if she doesn’t care if you buy or not. Also they are really expensive for stuff that isn’t quality. They are never open on time so don’t waste your time showing up whatever time is posted.

B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. This family-owned antique shop is truly a treasure trove, filled with a wide variety of unique items—from vintage collectibles to absolutely stunning fine and antique jewelry. Every piece seems to have a story, and the entire space feels warm, welcoming, and full of character. Katherine and Chris are incredibly knowledgeable—they’ve been collecting their whole lives, and Katherine’s passion for jewelry really shines through. She and Chris were so kind and helpful when I stopped in to find a special maid of honor gift for my sister. With their guidance, I found the sweetest, most meaningful vintage bracelet that I know she’ll treasure forever. And I cant forget to mention Rosebud, their sweet dog, who was the friendliest greeter! She made the whole experience even more special. You can tell how much heart and hard work has gone into building this store. After everything local businesses have faced since COVID, it feels especially important to support small, family-run stores like this one. Shopping here isnt just about finding something beautiful—its about being part of a community and supporting people who truly care about what they do. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re in the area! The vibe was not pushy at all, and they’re honest about the differences in pieces. They priced things about on par/average for what you would expect. Got a few great pieces, will definitely be back!

Hailee was absolutely wonderful and super patient while we tried on multiple rings and answered all of our questions. She made the experience truly amazing with her insight and suggestions. We left extremely happy with our choices and cant wait to wear our forever wedding bands, the quality of brilliant earth is truly one of a kind.

Lizzy Lee Bought a ring from a clothing chain in the mall and the resizing job was botched and the ring cracked in two places. Teleky Jeweler fixed it and now it fits better than it did before. So pleased with their work.
