Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

Gregory Dias I was referred to Drue by my fiances father, who had shopped at Drue Sanders for many years while living in Albany. I had a pendant from her mother that I wanted to repurpose the stones from, and I figured the only place to go was Drue Sanders, where the pendant was originally designed. I started my conversation with the jewelry shop via telephone, speaking with Shauna who listened to my questions and ideas and then started a file for me. Then I had an in person consultation with Drue at the store. She took my loose ideas on how to repurpose the stones from the original pendant and sketched several options. I wanted the new pendant to be similar in its design aspects to my fiances engagement ring, and Drue was able to capture those elements perfectly into the new piece. As we iterated on the design, we arrived at the perfect piece. After I left the store, Drue kept me up to date on the progress of the piece via email, and notified me when she had put it in the mail. I presented the piece to my fiance on a vacation trip and she loved it; She felt that it was a perfect match to her ring. I had the piece designed for our wedding day, but I know that this piece will become a staple in her jewelry collection for the rest of time. Elaine Martinez The jewelers were very welcoming, helpful and reasonable. They helped us purchase the perfect necklace that tied in beautifully of what we envisioned to pair with our earrings for the wedding dress. Andy and Yoram worked with us until we were satisfied with the length of the necklace. We didnt want it to be a choker but also we did not want it to hang too low either. They were patience and attentive to detail. Once we settled on the metal, preference of grown or lab created and clasp it was a very smooth process. I would highly recommend!

Ezela Tagliente JF Jones does AMAZING work!! She is officially my jeweler for life! Brittany and her team are one of a kind, I dont shop anywhere else now when it comes to quality jewelry. My husband and I met Brittany in 2018 shopping for engagement rings. She took one of his family rings and created a custom ring for me, and collaborated with my husband to use the surrounding diamonds for a surprise necklace given to me on our wedding day!! The store has been around for almost 100 years, and everything is excellent quality! She has items for any price range! I also recently did her jewelry box clean out program - bring in broken or unwanted jewelry and she will value it and apply that value to your next purchase!!
