The vibe was not pushy at all, and they’re honest about the differences in pieces. They priced things about on par/average for what you would expect. Got a few great pieces, will definitely be back!

1 /5 Martin Valentino Cruz: Beware – This Store Sells Fake Gold and Scams Customers I was completely scammed here and want to warn others before they make the same mistake. I purchased two bracelets that I was told were 18k solid gold. The original price was supposedly over $1,000, and after some negotiation, we agreed on $800. I even offered to pay cash so they could “avoid taxes,” thinking I was getting a good deal. Later, I had one of the bracelets made into a necklace. The gold plating started coming off, so I took it to another jewelry store to confirm what it was. They tested it and told me it’s 10k gold-plated, not 18k solid gold as promised. In other words, I paid 18k prices for cheap, low-quality gold. This place is dishonest and preys on customers. They are not transparent, they lie about their products, and they take advantage of people who trust them. Please do not shop here—you will get ripped off.

I saw a certain bracelet on their website that was sold out (discontinued) so I sent an email asking if they had anymore or if it’s something that can be ordered. Kevin responded quickly letting me know that bracelet was discontinued but sent me a picture of similar bracelets. There was a similar bracelet to the one I wanted, and Kevin was quick to provide additional photos, weight and price information. I decided to purchase the bracelet and it was shipped out the same day. Thanks Kevin for providing excellent service to an online shopper!

5 /5 Arthur T: Came by Popular Jewelry back in Sep22 in the evening on a Wednesday. Was looking for a silver chain. Ana was the one who was helping me out. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled out 5-6 different chains in different lengths for me to try out. She was patient in helping me find the right one. The price at first was very high. Asked for the lowest price and went a few times back and forth to an agreeable price. At that time, there were a few other people looking through the shop. There is not much air flow in the store, so I was sweating up a storm haha. Saw A$AP Eva in the back and asked to take a picture and she was super friendly :) The shop is right off the subway, so easy to get to.
