Gracie Francesca Kyle & Charles were extremely helpful yesterday when my grandmother and I wandered in yesterday! I came in with the intention of getting my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and to browse a little, and left with a brand new amethyst ring! They not only shined my rings up to perfection, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful when I was looking at new rings to purchase! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, and they made the experience so enjoyable! Thanks guys!

Youna Lee Resized my engagement ring thats a family heirloom. He polished it and cleaned it up. I waited less than an hour for it to be done because he understood the sentimental value of the ring and my reason for not wanting to leave it. The ring looked brand new and he didnt charge me a ridiculous price. On top of his excellent work, he was also very professional, experienced, and very friendly. I am going back to get my bracelet redone as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fabian Oliver I went to adjust my nephews watch and replace the battery in my watch. They were very kind and patient with my nephews and his indecisiveness. They guided him with their expertise while making him feel as if he landed on the choice on his own. While changing the battery in my watch they discovered the battery corroded. While cleaning the inside prior to replacing the battery I was provided with recommendations on how to prevent that from happening with my watches. It was a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend Kirks to everyone.
