They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time. Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

We went in to buy a ring for my brother-in-law’s fiancée, and Mani and Christian went above and beyond to help us find the perfect one. We had a budget in mind and didn’t think we could get anything extraordinary, but Mani found us an incredible 2+ carat radiant-cut diamond, E color, that was shockingly within our budget—it felt like a total steal! On top of that, we were in a rush and needed the ring ready in just two days, and they made it happen.
