Carol Cody We went in to have a ring cut off, I don’t recall the woman’s name who did that, but she was very nice. We also wanted to look at rings for our anniversary. Another salesperson, Linda helped us find a gorgeous anniversary band and my husband bought it for me. She was very kind and friendly and it made our experience even better.

D Shana has great unique jewelry of her own design. Unfortunately, we found during last years Winter walk, that she no longer has a store on Warren St. We did see her booth at the Basilica Farm and Flea during the holidays.

Shalika A huge thank you to Blue Nile for getting our rings to us in such short notice by our wedding day. I had a last minute court marriage and ordered the rings less than a week before. We knew that there was a possibility they wouldn’t come in time because the ship date was our wedding day. However, we called Blue Nile a couple of times and customer service was so kind and understanding. They helped expedite the process by a couple of days and we were able to get our rings. We had silicone bands as backup but were really hoping the rings (which we engraved) would come, and so they did. Thank you so much Blue Nile!

Hailee was absolutely wonderful and super patient while we tried on multiple rings and answered all of our questions. She made the experience truly amazing with her insight and suggestions. We left extremely happy with our choices and cant wait to wear our forever wedding bands, the quality of brilliant earth is truly one of a kind.
