Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.

Mona I purchased two necklaces, one for my daughter of the cat reaching for the butterfly and one for myself of the Christmas manger scene. (I just couldnt resist). I showed them to my husband and he thought they were so well done that he insisted I order one with the cat since it was very much like my sweet cat, Wall-e. The way the cat reaches out for the butterfly is exactly the way Wall-e reaches out and touches my face and sometimes lays his paw on my hand. I had taught him to sit and shake and he has devised his own touch method by touching and looking straight into my eyes to make sure Im paying attention. He is very gentle. It melts my heart and that necklace will be just perfect. I love the designs and quality!

Sakora Salley I totally recommend this place! Friendly staff and quick service. The band of my ring was warped and I had called ahead of time to see if they were able to fix it. I went in and they fixed it right in front of me, took no more than three minutes! After going to few places to get offers on an engagement/ wedding ring set, I found this place after getting my worst offer of the day at a store just down the road. Hans was great to deal with. He was friendly, courteous, honest and efficient. He made me the best offer that day. The whole exchange took 10 minutes and I left feeling that good about the whole process.
